Resumo: In the conception of perfecting the classic procedural law to modern society and the consequent emergence of mass conflicts, Law 13.105 / 2015, which establishes the new Code of Civil Procedure, brought to the legal system patria the procedural institute of the Incident of Resolution of Repetitive Demands - IRDR, which seek to standardize decisions relating to cases involving controversy on the same issue solely by law. Since it is an innovative institute in the Brazilian procedural system, there are still many doctrinal and jurisprudential discussions on the subject. Nevertheless, the present study seeks to analyze the practical aspects of the IRDR, especially with regard to its procedure
