Resumo: This monograph will be addressed teleworking, which has the specific concept in the form of work, whose place of their provision is far from the company, implying the use of new communication technologies. also will address its forms, characteristics, residual issues that can be set upon between the parties in this type of contract, and its effectiveness, the precautions to be observed in the implementation of this type, as well as its advantages for both the employer and for the employee, such as flexible hours, contribution to the environment, the valuation of workers with special needs, and especially to obtain better results, finding support in increasing efficiency and effectiveness in production, welfare consequences employee; and its disadvantages, smaller than the benefits, linked primarily to investments needed by the company, or telecommuter as contractual agreement, and operational risks
