Resumo: This monograph treats, of preliminary form, the Mediation of Conflicts and its legal system, that is, the trajectory of the conflict as well as the paths that transitions to get to your solution. To do this, we seek to this research, presenting the concept, evolution and methods of mediation, from a theoretical study in the light of some authors about the subject. Thus, the present study demonstrate, in a panoramic form, the set of assumptions estimated that they command the action of the mediation, i.e, the conflict, the mediation and the mediator.
