Resumo: The present monograph has as primary scope the analysis of resources provided by our legal system for procedural satisfaction of the right of the creditor in the Actions of Execution by Right Amount. In This way, during the course of this work will be examined in detail all the acts of expropriation of the assets of the debtor provided for in the Code of Civil Procedure, which are: Award, Alienation by Private Initiative, Sale at Public Auction. Having in view that the issue addressed in this study underwent changes with the entry into force of the Law. 11,382 /2006, which substantially changed the Process of Extra-Judicial Execution of Title, will be explained during the work the major changes that have taken place in acta expropriatorios, as well as, the treatment updated conferred by law homeland to each one of these institutes, being possible, if trace a history of these institutes in our legal parental rights. Notes that the monograph presented here is a technical work, being based on bibliographic research with backing in jurisprudence updated

Deste modo, durante o curso deste trabalho serão analisados detalhadamente todos os atos de expropriação dos bens do devedor previstos no Código de Processo Civil, quais sejam: Adjudicação, Alienação por Iniciativa Particular, Alienação em Hasta Pública e Usufruto. Tendo em vista que o tema abordado neste trabalho sofreu alterações com a entrada em vigor da Lei. 11.382/2006, que alterou substancialmente o Processo de Execução de Titulo Extrajudicial, serão explanadas durante o trabalho as principais mudanças ocorridas nos atos expropriatórios, bem como, o tratamento atualizado conferido pela jurisprudência pátria a cada um desses institutos, sendo possível, se traçar um histórico destes institutos em nosso ordenamento jurídico pátrio.
