A study on the possibility of petition for writ of mandamus against a judicial act. The study arose as a result of situations (exceptional), where the judicial bickering was not understood by the judge, as we face lined face decisions of illegality, abuse of power, “teratológica”, among other vices. Then was born the interest of writing the theme of this monograph, the sense of justice connected to legality that should prevail between the Judge and the Parties. I emphasize that the main focus of this research focuses on the possibility of an injunction against implore judicial act. However, before entering the theme itself, I present brief report on the concept of an injunction as well as other procedural matters which must be observed, since they find shelter in the doctrine and jurisprudence
