The present research consist in understanding about the occupational diseases, in the teaching practice in the public school in State of São Paulo. Since the illness is worsening in the professional career due to the long years of occupation and the wear suffered by the effort of the physical body and mind, with so many requirements by: family, management team, society itself. I emphasize interpersonal relationships between teachers, students and management team as major influencers of illness due to lack of financial and emotional support of the school community and management. The situation worsens with teachers already sick and readapted for different sectors of you graduation of origin and the most serious cases the exoneration of the Public Education Network. Occupational disease with more incidence in the State Network of Educators are depression in 1º, musculoskeletal problems in 2º, anxiety disorder in 3º and hoarseness in 4º. As regards, the methodological procedures, grounded research develops in the literature, on interviews of several teachers, the laws governing the Magisterium and in the tables of study guided the Teachers Union Public Network of São Paulo
