This article aims to give a brief reflection on the issue of sexual and reproductive rights, and the teenager as the main focus of the study and the importance of working with this sexuality public. We adopt the parameter of Educational and Home Care Association of Dewey. This study was conducted through a literature search which includes the right themes, sexual / reproductive rights and sex education coupled with the report of the experience of the implementation in 2008 of the pregnancy prevention workshop for teenagers aged 15 and 21 years. Still has the general objective to contribute to future interventions with professionals who work with young people. The work is organized into chapters where I is described in the chapter introduction and rationale for conducting this study. The chapter two is what are historically pointed Sexual and Reproductive Rights in the perspective of human rights. In the third chapter a brief discussion of the rights of children and adolescents was conducted from Brazil colony to the present day. The next chapter four raised the historiography of the Dewey House Educational Association since its founding discus about where the beneficiary public, region served, also discus about the National Policy for Social Assistance - PNAS still including all the rescue of the implementation of prevention workshop to teenage pregnancy in 2008.
