Every transformation of social reality concerns the science of law to be based on the normative reality. There is no way to separate the right to change behaviors and rules. In the case of family law he was one of the Civil Law of the branches that more has changed with the advent of the Constitution of 1988. The Constitution determines legal protection to any form of family no matter the model from which it takes. The legal vertex is the protection of the family unit and which has as a starting point, and also its end, the protection of the human person.
