Brazil, in the 1970s, was impacted by a holocaust that marks society to this day. Then, 60 thousand patients, victims of all kinds of mistreatment and neglect, being products of an action of dehumanization and depersonalization. Today, mental disorder is a condition that impacts around a billion people (WHO, 2019) and, aiming to put an end to the surplus of the "Brazilian Holocaust", the psychiatric reform begins the process of deinstitutionalization with the fundamental intention of building another social place for madness in our culture, and no longer isolating it. At the corporate world, exclusion is reflected, and aggressively, because, in order to produce and have quick results, workers must not have any mental condition that, at some point, reduces their level of productivity. Considering that, this research presents how corporations have dealt or not with workers with mental disorders. Thus, from the theoretical perspective of Social Psychology, this research qualifies as qualitative, bibliographical and descriptive in nature, and its main objective is to study and identify the approach given by companies to inclusion and attention to this class of workers. Based on the discussion about mental health, work, stigmas and contemporaneity, the results include bibliographic and iconographic data that explain what is presented
