Resumo: | This work investigated through the word of the students, the way they see the work of their teachers and how this look can point out ways to improve the practice of teaching through teacher training. The objective of this research was to understand the social representations of Good and Bad Teacher shared by undergraduate students, in order to analyze its relations with the teaching profession in order to reflect on the education offered in higher education from the perspective of articulated vocational training and oriented towards citizenship that should be the result of a process of transformation of social relations today. Therefore, the specific objectives were to investigate the social representations of students of Advertising - Advertising and Paulista University Law - UNIP on the "Good and Bad Teacher"; describe the social representations of registered students in research; identify features of "Good and Bad Teacher"; identify the elements that make up the central core of these representations. The theoretical and methodological plan was supported by the Theory of Social Representations of Moscovici and contributions of Jean Claude Abric and other scholars whose relevance is undeniable, for discussion and analysis of theoretical and empirical categories. We used the free association technique through a structured questionnaire as procedure and methodological tool. The results indicate that these representations are formed mainly by normative and functional elements, linked to cognitive functions, socio-cultural and ethical professional practice, while guiding the teaching social practice, whose core has at its center the words "Good Teacher" and "Bad Teacher." The results oportunizaram reflection on the need for attention to the specificities of teacher training for higher education, highlighting the work of the teacher as subject responsible, committed to the training of students, focusing on their learning and may subsidize study activities, monitoring and evaluation of teaching practice in higher education institutions, allowing corroborate even with the institutionalization of training and educational upgrading programs, and reference other scientific research |

O objetivo geral desta pesquisa foi de compreender as representações sociais de Bom e Mau professor compartilhadas por alunos de graduação, no sentido de analisar suas relações com a profissionalidade docente no sentido de refletir sobre a educação oferecida no Ensino Superior sob a ótica da formação profissional articulada e orientada para uma cidadania que deve ser fruto de um processo de transformação das relações sociais da atualidade. Para tanto, os objetivos específicos foram de investigar as Representações Sociais de alunos do curso de Publicidade - Propaganda e de Direito da Universidade Paulista – UNIP, sobre o “Bom e o Mau Professor”; descrever as Representações Sociais de alunos registradas na investigação; identificar características do “Bom e do Mau Professor”; identificar os elementos que compõe o Núcleo Central dessas representações. O plano teórico-metodológico foi respaldado pela Teoria das Representações Sociais de Moscovici e pelas contribuições de Jean Claude Abric e de outros estudiosos cuja relevância é incontestável, para discussão e análise das categorias teóricas e empíricas. Utilizou-se a Técnica de Associação Livre por meio de um Questionário Estruturado como procedimento e instrumento metodológico. Os resultados encontrados sinalizam que essas representações estão constituídas, sobretudo, por elementos normativos e funcionais, articulados às funções cognitiva, sociocultural e ética do exercício profissional, enquanto orientadores da prática social docente, cujo núcleo tem em sua centralidade os termos “Bom Professor” e “Mau Professor”. Os resultados oportunizaram a reflexão sobre a necessidade de atenção às especificidades inerentes à formação docente para o Ensino Superior, destacando o trabalho desenvolvido pelo professor como sujeito responsável, comprometido com a formação profissional dos estudantes, com foco em sua aprendizagem podendo subsidiar atividades de estudo, de acompanhamento e avaliação da prática docente em Instituições de Educação Superior, possibilitando corroborar, inclusive, com a institucionalização de programas de formação e atualização pedagógica, além de referenciar outras investigações científicasCoordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superiorapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/40103/Cidclei%20Santos%20Guimar%c3%a3es.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Educação: Psicologia da EducaçãoPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de EducaçãoDocênciaEducação SuperiorTeoria das Representações SociaisTeachingUndergraduation teachingSocial Representation TheoryCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::PSICOLOGIA::PSICOLOGIA DO ENSINO E DA APRENDIZAGEMRepresentações sociais de alunos de uma instituição de ensino superior sobre o bom e o mau professorSocial representations of an institution students of higher education on the good and the bad teacherinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTCidclei Santos Guimarães.pdf.txtCidclei Santos Guimarães.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain260812https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/19386/4/Cidclei%20Santos%20Guimar%c3%a3es.pdf.txt270fa267e2b5685a393784a29f9dc053MD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
