This work analyses the novel De Piolho a Garrote, by Pedro Bandeira, trying firstly to do a analogy between this writing and Brazilian dictatorship period and, step by step, expanding this look for the repression question, which has in the word and in the neglected object the possibility to say, and therefore, break with the interdict. The writing is still analyzed on its point of view contemporary, and looked as a file, named here as contemporary file, because of its rewritten, an author characteristic, working as drawers that, when are opened, not only allow sharing informations omitted before, but also indicate a stylistic maturity. We can’t let outside the question of the author, who shares with the reader his unrest in relation to his own work. In this process are used the theories of Michel Foucault about the prisons and the repressions devices, Giorgio Agamben and his conception of contemporary, and Jaques Derrida and his deconstruction of the file notion
