Resumo: This thesis is about the production of argumentative dissertation texts made by Ensino Médio graduating students from Basic Education, Technics and Technology (EBTT) from Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Maranhão - Campus Pinheiro, and who are applying for Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem). The choice is justified by the difficulties that have been checked in the writing of argumentative dissertation texts by these students. The hypothesis is that the knowledge around the text plan, its argumentative textual sequences, kinds of arguments and argumentative connectors may support the students to overcome writing difficulties and make them proficient at producing argumentative dissertation texts. Research questions which circle around this study are: 1) what are the difficulties that students from EBTT of IFMA - Campus Pinheiro go through at producing argumentative dissertation texts? and 2) which contributions may be brought by the text plan study, argumentative textual sequences, kinds of arguments and argumentative connectors in order to the students become proficient at writing argumentative dissertation texts? There is a general aim: looking into the link between text plans, argumentative textual sequences and the making of arguments in order to defend the viewpoint assumed by the students from EBTT of IFMA - Campus Pinheiro in argumentative dissertation texts. The specific aims are: 1) identifying, describing, analyzing and interpreting the difficulties at writing the argumentative dissertation text referring to the text plan, to the argumentative textual sequences elaboration and the argumentative making that the subjects of this study go through along the argumentative dissertation texts writing; 2) comparing the texts which were produced by the students without our intervention to those ones which were produced after our intervention about the argumentative dissertation text making; 3) pointing perspectives for the argumentative dissertation texts writing teaching, aiming the development of the writing proficiency of students from EBTT of IFMA - Campus Pinheiro. This current study of qualitative approach and analytical and theoretical basis, is characterized as an action research and is based upon, theoretically, in the studies developed in the Textual Linguistics field, mainly those by Marquesi (2004); Fávero and Koch (2012 [1983]); Koch (2015; 2014 [1997]); Marcuschi (2008). To explain about the text plan and the argumentative textual sequences, this study is based upon the Speech Textual Analysis where studies by Adam (1992; 2011), as well as Marquesi (2014); Marquesi, Elias and Cabral (2017); Cabral (2013); Silva (2012 [1967]) are. In the argumentation field referring to the kinds of arguments, the study is supported by Perelman and Olbrechts-Tyteca (2014 [1958]); Ferreira (2015); Fiorin (2015); Meyer (2008); Amossy (2018). Regarding the argumentative connectors, this study is based upon Koch (2012 [1993]), Koch and Elias (2016); Cabral (2010); Adam (2011). The corpus is composed of eight texts produced by the 3rd Grade students from Ensino Médio of EBTT of IFMA - Campus Pinheiro. The obtained results reveal that the strategies which are applied for the development of argumentative dissertation texts made based upon the text plan theory, the argumentative textual sequences, kinds of arguments and the argumentative connectors may lead the student to overcome writing difficulties contributing to make him proficient at producing such texts

The corpus is composed of eight texts produced by the 3rd Grade students from Ensino Médio of EBTT of IFMA - Campus Pinheiro. The obtained results reveal that the strategies which are applied for the development of argumentative dissertation texts made based upon the text plan theory, the argumentative textual sequences, kinds of arguments and the argumentative connectors may lead the student to overcome writing difficulties contributing to make him proficient at producing such textsEsta tese tem como tema a produção de textos dissertativo-argumentativos por alunos concluintes do Ensino Médio que frequentam a Educação Básica, Técnica e Tecnológica (EBTT) do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Maranhão – Campus Pinheiro, e que são candidatos ao Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem). Justificamos a escolha pelas dificuldades observadas na escrita de textos dissertativo-argumentativos por parte desses estudantes. A hipótese é de que o conhecimento acerca do plano de texto, das sequências textuais argumentativas, dos tipos de argumentos e dos conectores argumentativos pode auxiliar os alunos a superarem dificuldades de escrita e a se tornarem proficientes na produção de textos dissertativo-argumentativos. As perguntas de pesquisa que norteiam este estudo são: 1) Quais são as dificuldades que os alunos da EBTT do IFMA – Campus Pinheiro enfrentam na produção de textos dissertativo-argumentativos? e 2) Que contribuições pode trazer o estudo do plano de texto, das sequências textuais argumentativas, dos tipos de argumentos e dos conectores argumentativos para que esses alunos se tornem proficientes na escrita de textos dissertativo-argumentativos? Temos como objetivo geral: investigar a relação entre planos de texto, sequências textuais argumentativas e construção de argumentos em defesa do ponto de vista assumido pelo aluno da EBTT do IFMA – Campus Pinheiro em textos dissertativo-argumentativos. Os objetivos específicos são: 1) identificar, descrever, analisar e interpretar as dificuldades de escrita do texto dissertativo-argumentativo referentes ao plano de texto, à elaboração de sequências textuais argumentativas e à construção de argumentos que os sujeitos de nossa pesquisa enfrentam na escrita de textos dissertativo-argumentativos; 2) comparar os textos produzidos pelos alunos sem a nossa orientação com aqueles produzidos após nossa orientação acerca da composição do texto dissertativo-argumentativo; 3) indicar perspectivas para o ensino da escrita do texto dissertativo-argumentativo, com vistas ao desenvolvimento da proficiência escritora dos alunos da EBTT do IFMA – Campus Pinheiro. O presente trabalho, de abordagem qualitativa e base teórico-analítica, caracteriza-se como pesquisa-ação e fundamenta-se, teoricamente, nos estudos desenvolvidos no campo da Linguística Textual, notadamente os de Marquesi (2004); Fávero e Koch (2012 [1983]); Koch (2015; 2014 [1997]); Marcuschi (2008). Para tratar de plano de texto e sequências textuais argumentativas, fundamentamo-nos na Análise Textual dos Discursos, no âmbito da qual estão os trabalhos de Adam (1992; 2011), bem como de Marquesi (2014); Marquesi, Elias e Cabral (2017); Cabral (2013); Silva (2012 [1967]). No campo da argumentação, em relação aos tipos de argumentos, apoiamo-nos em Perelman e Olbrechts-Tyteca (2014 [1958]); Ferreira (2015); Fiorin (2015); Meyer (2008); Amossy (2018). No tocante aos conectores argumentativos, baseamo-nos em Koch (2012 [1993]), Koch e Elias (2016); Cabral (2010); Adam (2011). O corpus é composto por oito textos produzidos por alunos do 3º ano da EBTT do IFMA  Campus Pinheiro. Os resultados obtidos revelam que a aplicação de estratégias para o desenvolvimento de textos dissertativo-argumentativos elaboradas com base no aporte teórico do plano de texto, das sequências textuais argumentativas, dos tipos de argumentos e dos conectores argumentativos pode levar o aluno a superar dificuldades de escrita, contribuindo para torná-lo proficiente na produção de tais textosCoordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/52627/Maria%20Isabel%20Soares%20Oliveira.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Língua PortuguesaPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de Filosofia, Comunicação, Letras e ArtesPlano de textoSequências textuais argumentativasTipos de argumentosText planArgumentative textual sequencesKinds of argumentsCNPQ::LINGUISTICA, LETRAS E ARTES::LETRAS::LINGUA PORTUGUESAA produção do texto argumentativo na Educação Básica, Técnica e Tecnológica: perspectivas para o ensino da escrita no Estado do Maranhãoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/doctoralThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTMaria Isabel Soares Oliveira.pdf.txtMaria Isabel Soares Oliveira.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain562783https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/23306/4/Maria%20Isabel%20Soares%20Oliveira.pdf.txt4cef1a8284663429a0b7058f2e0709c1MD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
