The present work aims to demonstrate that piercing the corporate veil can be an instrument for the effectiveness of the labor process, particularly in relation to the satisfaction of the creditor's claim, if used correctly. We begin with the study approach on the main aspects of the legal entity (concept, legal, personalization). We also discuss issues of vital importance as the depersonalization of the employer in labor law. Subsequently, we analyze the financial liability (primary and secondary responsible) under the procedural law. Since then, begin the central part of this monograph, which will deepen the study of piercing the corporate veil. First we will do an overview of the institute and then to analyze it with a focus on aspects of your application on procedural labor law, addressing controversial issues, such as, its conditions of use, the issue of procedural issue, the burden of proof, the group of companies. Finally, we will analyze the incident piercing the corporate veil in the New CPC (Bill nº 8.046/2010) and its implications in the labor process, for although it is now peaceful understanding towards the implementation of disregard in the labor process, there is still not a suitable procedure for the implementation of this important institute
