Resumo: This work is based on research conducted for the Monograph of Psychodrama in the specialization course, in agreement between Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC and Psychodrama Society of São Paulo - SOPSP and aims to discuss the professional role of women and their suitability to the front others performed social roles. The research seeks to contextualize the work of women's relationship historically, its achievements and challenges, theoretically substantiate the research based on psychodrama and finally expose the account of practical experience with women in different age and stage of their professional lives. The psychodrama study investigated the different social roles when the current life through an artistic technique, design, here called "mandala", which find a parallel in the psychodrama – social atom – providing a reflection on the adequacy of the woman´s professional role ace other roles of life.

A pesquisa busca contextualizar a relação do trabalho da mulher historicamente, suas conquistas e desafios, fundamentar teoricamente a pesquisa baseada em psicodrama e, por fim, expor o relato de uma experiência prática com mulheres em diferentes idades e fases de suas vidas profissionais.
