Resumo: This study has the purpose to analyze the provisional remedy relief and advance relief, aiming to present concepts, characteristics, similarities and differences between the urgency relief measures. The emergency guardianships are instruments of high practical importance within the civil procedure environment, as it constitutes methods to avoid the misuse of the court decisions due to the slowness of judicial ordinary proceedings
