Resumo: | The current scenario, consistent in an increasingly globalized world, in which people increasingly work more and have less time to interact, which leads to the need to adapt the protections granted by law. The globalization in which we live makes people more and more capitalist, making a cycle in which employees seek success in their careers, thus helping the growth of companies and generating profits for entrepreneurs and employers. In addition, people tend to believe that quality of life comes from salary, which undoubtedly arises from work, so they end up leaving their personal lives aside in order to increase their income for those who may someday enjoy it. However, in this embarrassment and rush, many employees have come up against barriers in their professional spheres and have to choose whether they continue to be one more in the gear of the cycle of success, capitalism and profit or if they descend from the gear to obtain success in their personal life. In view of this extremely common scenario in the labor market, in which it is necessary that the employee chooses to have professional success or personal success, it is essential that Law seeking to guarantee both work and life has to intervene. Thus, in this study will be brought the legal forecasts and the jurisprudence understandings that try to solve an apparent conflict between the personal life and the professional life of the employees |

Com isso, dá-se início ao ciclo no qual os empregados buscam o sucesso em suas carreiras, auxiliando no crescimento das empresas e gerando lucros aos empresários e empregadores. Ademais, costuma-se acreditar que a qualidade de vida advém do salário, o qual sem dúvida decorre do trabalho, então a vida pessoal é subestimada em contraposição a necessidade do um aumento de rendimentos para quem sabe algum dia usufruí-lo. Todavia, neste embaraço e correria, os empregados enfrentam dificuldades em seus âmbitos profissionais nas quais têm que escolher se continuam sendo mais um na engrenagem do ciclo do sucesso, capitalismo e lucro, ou se desligam de tal ciclo para obter sucesso em sua vida pessoal. Diante do contexto exposto, extremamente comum no mercado de trabalho, em que se faz necessário que o empregado opte em ter o sucesso profissional ou o sucesso pessoal, revela-se essencial uma intervenção do Direto no sentido de garantir tanto o trabalho quanto a qualidade de vida.
