Efeitos de auto verbalizações e bloqueio no comportamento governado verbalmente com oportunidade atrasada para resposta em crianças

The present study aimed to investigate the effect of convergent control of vocal echoic and tactful responses on the performance of a non-verbal task specified in a rule, in a condition of delay between the presentation of the rule and the opportunity to respond. Participants were exposed to three phases: (1) baseline follow-up of instructions on delayed opportunity for response (DOR); (2) training the components and control of sound stimuli on the tact and echoic verbal responses involved in convergent control (Joint Control); and (3) test of convergent control of echoic and tact responses (Joint Control) on the emission of the nonverbal response specified in the rule, when there is a delay between the presentation of the rule and the opportunity to follow the instruction. For none of the three participants, a correlation was observed between the vocal responses emitted during the interval between the presentation of the instruction and the opportunity to respond. Variables involved in the results found, comparisons with studies in DOR and Joint Control and possible methodological changes for future research were discussed
