Resumo: The research sought to understand the expressions of the social issue that transversalize the reality of adolescents who are institutionalized in the CASA Foundation, as well as to analyze the legislation that deals with the theme of children and adolescents, to understand the social determinations that impact the present and future lives of young people in conflict with the law. It also investigated the professionalization policies proposed during the implementation of the socio-educational measure of internment, as well as the policies for inclusion and permanence in the labor market after leaving the Institution
