This study is about the disregard of corporate entity doctrine (disregard doctrine) in its most varied aspects, mostly regarding its application in the Labour Courts, It will be approached legal identity and its patrimonial limitation, created to promote economic activities, create jobs and enhance the collection, which creation objective was distinguish the entity from its founders, natural person and, mostly, to delimit responsibilities and separate the patrimony. It will be addressed its historic part and its creation need as a mechanism to inhibit the misuse of the legal entity by its holders, situation that, if configured, would affect the patrimony of the individual to ensure the satisfaction of the legal entity debts. In addition, the use of the institute by the Brazilian Judiciary will be treated, which, in the search for procedural effectiveness - especially in situations where the creditor is a helpless person (labor and consumer relations) - has committed excesses. Finally, will be discussed the recent legal insertions of the procedures of the incident of disregard of legal personality introduced in the civil procedural law and its application in the labor court already authorized by law entering into force
