Resumo: This research approach aspects of teacher education in Brazil, having as the main perspective reflection as a way for the transformation of teaching practice, also presents the concepts of reflection, as well as the concepts of technical, practical and critical reflection. This case study, which aims to answer questions about the reflections of reflective training in the professional profile of teachers, and also their relationship and participation in their school environment, having as a data collection instrument the questionnaire applied to English language teachers of public school of the State of São Paulo, who attended the Graduate in Reflective Formation in 2018-2019 at the Pontifical Catholic University, whose answers are presented in the data analysis in graphics
