The issue of Public Safety until recently was not discussed by the Company, the only charged when something goes right, is greeted police, but when all goes wrong is your responsibility. This thinking is outdated, society must participate effectively in the process of change, ultimately it is the main question. This monograph was guided by the question: What are actually the police actions that demonstrate a process of humanization of his paintings? General Purpose Demonstrate through community programs adopted by the military police that she, over time, has been modernizing and transforming itself in order to reach a level whereby democratic proposes solutions and answers, along with the Society on matters public safety and many others that affect the right or indirect way in people's lives. Specific Objectives Describe how some historical facts tarnished the image of the Military Police of São Paulo, to describe about the laws that govern and surround the work of the Military Police of São Paulo, to describe how human rights interfere with public safety, to describe the importance of creation of the National Secretariat of Public Security and its influence on the formation of public security officers, describing the role of the Military Police of São Paulo in the Community Policing Program Japanese Model, describing the role of the Military Police of São Paulo Program Community Policing Model Japanese. The methodology is based on theoretical study to be of bibliographies, movies, documentaries, papers and projects Community Police.
