The research presents the development of microteaching in classroom discipline and distance from People Management - Interpersonal Relationships, Communication on the content of scenarios designed specifically for these classes. The theoretical framework is based on works of authors such as Moran, Aretio, Akasaka and Godoy, Vianney, Litto and Formiga. The study answers the modalities of distance education and face are perceived by students and what considerations do about these two modalities. The results of students' perceptions and responses to interviews identify differences such as the feelings of freedom and responsibility, flexibility in schedule and the requirement of commitment and discipline. The hypothesis that guides the work that enables distance education classes, originally prepared for the classroom, was proven by the action applied to the classroom and away from the teacher and the students are residents of the environment, in the words of Scherer (2009). This is a qualitative research, using literature, perception survey, interviews and observation of the researcher. Experts demonstrate a trend of convergence or combination of the two. The education will be more successful if undertaken in a climate of trust, support, self-knowledge and the relationship has been cordial and welcoming, as experienced in the actions in both environments in this study. There was a definite advantage to the DL, but the most striking result of this experiment was the acquisition of knowledge, by students on the need to know more about it, so that in the struggle for hegemony of the student body formed a new plaque and one of the proposals is to improve the institution's site and creating a blog. It is important to emphasize that the success achieved in the four regular classes and their equivalent in distance education could be different when considering a complete course in the face of its increased complexity.
