Currently, in Brazil, the preservation of medical records is improperly done, since it occurs both in physical means and in a fragmented and digital way among several medical clinics that the patient has attended throughout his life. This disorganization in the patient's medical history is something that impacts both the patient's and the physician's life, since the lack of information about the patient makes it difficult for the physician to define the patient's diagnosis, which can result in a misdiagnosis of the patient's condition. In this project, the group proposes a solution to this problem using a mobile application called Medikeep and documents throughout its development the effectiveness and effects of the agile Scrum methodology during this period. The proposed software gives patients the ability to have their tests and reports stored in a simple and secure way in a cell phone application for easy access during medical appointments or emergencies. Thus, providing the physician with complete access to the patient's history in order to issue a better informed report, speeding up the appointment and improving the organization of the patient's exams.
