This essay aims to analyze the institute of property liability and its restrictions, the list of unseizable assets and the circumstances in which assets owned by third parties or the debtor himself, but in the hands of third parties, will be esponsible for fulfilling the obligation. Furthermore, this work will analyze the institutes of fraud against creditors and execution fraud, which protect the creditor from fraudulent acts carried out by the debtor and, finally, bring an analysis of the principle of dignity and its relationship with the debtor's existential minimum and whether or not there is a minimum asset to be taken into consideration within the scope of property liability
