Resumo: The main objective of this Mastership Essay is to present the results of a research about Interaction and rhetorical movements in Distance Education (DE). For that, brings together studies related to discourse (interactional processes), the passions and arguments in Rhetoric and draws on studies of other areas of knowledge to associate universe of opinions and values and their relation to the learning that occurs in the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) through the process of interaction between teacher and student. In this study, we collected impressions, opinions and values of 22 students of a Pedagogy course in the distance modality. Composes the universe of interviewees, from the desire of the students who agreed to participate in the study, 19 female students, 3 male students, inhabitants of Belmonte city, in Bahia, and of cities in ABCDM area (Santo André, São Bernardo do Campo, São Caetano do Sul and Mauá), in the State of São Paulo, with ages between 22 and 57 years. To support the reflections contained in the research, we made use of theoretical presuppositions presented by Maia and Mattar (2007) and Moore and Kearsley (2010) in what concern to questions relating to DE. In regard to the rhetoric, Aristotle (2000), Meyer (2007), Perelman and Oldbrecht-Tyteca (2005) served as a support for the comprehension of specificities of speech, ethos constitution and pathos effects. The reflections of Marcuschi (2007) about interaction constituted a very useful foundation for the comprehension of intricate process that establishes human relationships. The results showed that 60.5% of people submitted to the research, the majority understands and considers valid the process of interaction that occurs in the VLE; 12.1% have not formed an opinion about the subject and 27.4% remain with doubt, anguish, insecurity and sadness. In general, the results indicate that students feel happy, joyful and accomplished; consider that DE is a modality that came contribute to the learning from those who, for different reasons, have not their courses completed at the expected age

Para tanto, reúne estudos ligados ao discurso (processos interacionais), às paixões e argumentos na Retórica e vale-se de estudos de outras áreas do conhecimento para associar universo de opiniões e valores e sua relação com a aprendizagem que ocorre no Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem (AVA) por meio do processo de interação entre professor e aluno. Neste estudo, recolhemos impressões, opiniões e valores de 22 alunos de um curso de Pedagogia na modalidade a distância. Compõem o universo de entrevistados, a partir do desejo dos próprios estudantes que aceitaram participar da pesquisa, 19 alunas do sexo feminino, 3 alunos do sexo masculino, moradores da cidade de Belmonte, na Bahia, e das cidades da região do ABCDM (Santo André, São Bernardo do Campo, São Caetano do Sul, Diadema e Mauá), no Estado de São Paulo, com idades entre 22 e 57 anos. Para embasar as reflexões contidas na pesquisa, valemo-nos dos pressupostos teóricos apresentados por Maia e Mattar (2007) e Moore e Kearsley (2010) no que concerne às questões ligadas à EaD. No que tange à retórica, Aristóteles (2000), Meyer (2007) e Perelman e Olbrecht-Tyteca (2005) serviram de suporte para a compreensão das especificidades do discurso, constituição do ethos e dos efeitos patêmicos. As reflexões de Marcuschi (2007) sobre interação constituíram um alicerce muito útil para a compreensão do intrincado processo que instaura as relações humanas. Os resultados mostraram que 60,5% dos sujeitos submetidos à pesquisa, a maioria, compreendem e consideram válido o processo de interação que ocorre no AVA; 12,1% não têm opinião formada acerca do assunto e 27,4% permanecem com dúvidas, angústia, insegurança e tristeza. De um modo geral, os resultados apontam que os alunos sentem-se felizes, alegres e realizados; consideram que a EaD é uma modalidade que veio contribuir para a aprendizagem daqueles que, por diferentes motivos, não tiveram seus cursos concluídos na idade esperadaCoordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superiorapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/39918/Aidil%20Soares%20Navarro.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Língua PortuguesaPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de Filosofia, Comunicação, Letras e ArtesLíngua PortuguesaEducação a distânciaInteraçãoPortuguese LanguageDistance educationInteractionCNPQ::LINGUISTICA, LETRAS E ARTES::LETRAS::LINGUA PORTUGUESAEducação a distância, interação e movimentos retóricosDistance education, interaction and rhetorical movementsinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTAidil Soares Navarro.pdf.txtAidil Soares Navarro.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain341583https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/19210/4/Aidil%20Soares%20Navarro.pdf.txt007edae8db810312c85fbd2e645e6fc5MD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
