The work aims to treat with care from a recent modality of rights that the legal world began to worry: e-commerce, made possible by the World Wide Web, the Internet. Under the title " The Face in Electronics Contract Code of Consumer Protection," the study was structured with the passage by the General Theory of Contracts, assumptions and fundamental principles governing the subject, with a good visitation on the corollaries that support to this fundamental topic of law, as well as the definition of internet commerce, important point to be treated at work. The "focal point" of the work, however, lies in chapters 2, which looks exactly the electronic contract and the incidence of the Code of Consumer Protection on such juristic surrounded that seems, increasingly, legal safeguards. The study will make a clear and objective approach, adopting the methodology based on the concepts of monograph theoretical analysis in order to establish a coherent organization of ideas originating from bibliographies of famous writers on the theme chosen
