Gestão participativa: qual o papel do gestor nessa construção?

Resumo: The objective of this research is present some important management concepts evidencing the main theories that subsequently correlate with the school administration, so that if can understand the role of the school manager in the performance of their function. Currently the terminology used in this process is management and for it many questions are inserted of social, political and pedagogical order are included, along with others. Following is presents a summary of the history of education in Brazil and its needs for change due to democratization and the search for quality in public education. In this context, there was a concern to promote this transformation through participatory management, linking the relationships between the school and its environment, characterizing the competences of the manager in the educational space, involving the whole group in decision making and in mechanisms used to the educational process. Was used the methodology with qualitative and documentary approach through the authors, Chiavenato with the principles of the classic and scientific theory of the administration and the organizational climate, Motta when presents the connection in the act of administering and managing and Albuquerque and Felix approach the differences within the institutions. Was theoretically based, among others, in Lück, which presents democratic and participatory management, as an adequate possibility for proper functioning of schools and, consequently, ensuring a quality education for students. Among final considerations, was noticed that democratic management, in addition to facilitating entrance of the whole school community, transforms the environment with involvement of whole group in the process of teaching learning

Atualmente a terminologia utilizada nesse processo é a gestão e por ela muitas questões estão inseridas de ordens sociais, políticas e pedagógicas que perpassam por outras. Em seguida apresenta-se uma súmula sobre a história da educação no Brasil e suas necessidades de mudanças por conta da democratização e a busca por qualidade na educação pública. Diante desse contexto houve a preocupação em promover essa transformação através da gestão participativa, interligando as relações entre a escola e seu ambiente, caracterizando as competências do gestor no espaço educativo, envolvendo todo o grupo na tomada de decisão e nos mecanismos utilizados para melhoria do processo educativo. Utilizou-se a metodologia com abordagem qualitativa e documental através dos autores, Chiavenato com os princípios da teoria clássica e científica da administração e o clima organizacional, Motta quando apresenta a ligação no ato de administrar e gerir e Albuquerque e Félix abordam as diferenças dentro das instituições. Fundamentou-se teoricamente entre outros em Lück que apresenta a gestão democrática e participativa, como possibilidade adequada para o bom funcionamento das escolas e consequentemente, assegurando um ensino com qualidade aos alunos.
