The activity of movement of goods historically refers to the periods of Colony and Empire Brazil, between the 16th and 18th centuries, in which workers performed manual tasks such as bagging, picking and droppng coffee, cotton, cocoa and other agricultural crops. The activity in question is also intrinsically linked to the origin of the self-employed figure. With the advancement of labor relations, necessary and providential, was also the modernization of the activities performed by the loose commodity movers, which led, consequently, the creation of specific laws to regulate and preserve the social rights of this class of workers. At the same time, other means of production have been developed and improved over the years, among which is outsourcing services. The occurrence of outsourcing services in almost all stages of the companies 'production process brings with it a gray zone about the limits and their form of materialization in the companies' routine, promoting a reflection about the consequences on other production models, as for example, the end of the use of the self-employed in the movement of goods
