Resumo: This Paper’s objective was, based on the characteristics of the existing intelligence services of the Intelligence System of the Judiciary, to search for evidence and congruences between the functionality of the intelligence activity of the Court's security unit and the concept of Policy Network Management. To Achieve said objective this paper was divided in three parts: The first one is a revision of the literature around this theme, showing intelligence actions from remote times all the way to actuality. Thus, this section was focused on analysing existing documents of the Judiciary, being possible to determine which normatives specifically deal with this matter is the Justice system. The second part is based on the report entitled, by the National Security Council, Diagnostic of the Judiciary’s Institutional Security. The data and results gathered on this report were analyzed to identify, in the interactions of the Court’s Intelligence Unit, characteristics of Policy network on the Public Administration. It was possible to find congener relations between the Judiciary intelligence and the networks. Lastly, aiming to pair the most characteristics possible in the relation “intelligence x network”, it was elaborated a questionnaire with 11 questions, ad sent to 35 Courts, allowing, this way. Lastly, aiming to match the greatest number of possible characteristics of the intelligence-tonetworks relationship, a questionnaire with 11 interrogatives was sent to 35 courts, thus allowing evidence that intelligence activities carried out by Judiciary’s security, correspond to the networked organizational configuration

Para alcançar tal objetivo, o trabalho foi dividido em três partes: a primeira envolve uma revisão literária sobre esta temática, demonstrada por meio de um recuo histórico perpassando ações de inteligência desde os tempos mais remotos, até a atualidade. Sendo assim, neste recorte proposto, focou-se na avaliação documental existente no âmbito do Poder Judiciário, sendo possível identificar quais normativos tratam, especificamente, desta atividade no seio da Justiça. A segunda parte do trabalho fundou-se no relatório intitulado Diagnóstico da Segurança Institucional do Poder Judiciário, realizado pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça, de forma que os dados e resultados obtidos neste documento foram analisados para identificar, nas interações realizadas pelas unidades de inteligência dos Tribunais, características de redes na Administração Pública, sendo possível encontrar relações congêneres entre a inteligência do Judiciário e as redes. Por último, visando emparelhar o maior número de características possíveis da relação “inteligência x redes”, elaborou-se um questionário com 11 perguntas, enviado a 35 Tribunais, permitido, desta forma, evidenciar que as atividades de inteligência, realizadas pela segurança no Poder Judiciário, correspondem à configuração organizacional em redeCoordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/48622/Marcelo%20Canizares%20Schettini%20Seabra.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em AdministraçãoPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de Economia, Administração, Contábeis e AtuariaisServiço de inteligênciaPoder JudiciárioRedesSegurança institucionalIntelligence serviceJudiciary's securityPolicy network managentCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ADMINISTRACAORedes sociais e a inteligência no sistema de segurança do poder judiciárioNetworks and the intelligence in the judiciary's intelligence systemDissertaçãoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTMarcelo Canizares Schettini Seabra.pdf.txtMarcelo Canizares Schettini Seabra.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain234314https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/22051/4/Marcelo%20Canizares%20Schettini%20Seabra.pdf.txt7f8724adfec3f844ae43bb557ee7ed44MD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
