This study discusses about the types of damage in the Labor Court. However, is not confined to proceedings of the Labor Law, as it is a matter of great length, covering various disciplines of law. Thus, this paper addresses itself every kind of moral damage or general material, to enhance understanding of each. The damage presents various classifications, and always be a form of aggression, physical or moral, is liable for compensation or damages, either by replacement or money. There is talk, still Liability, which is an obligation to indemnify someone right or damage suffered by the other and that would not exist without the link between action and damage.
