Resumo: The present monograph discusses the beginnings of labor relations in antiquity, feudalism and the Industrial Revolution. Discuss about the various forms of employment agreement, not to mention the discriminations in the employment agreement. Demonstrating the wage differences for women and children in relation to men and the first regulations on the employment agreement in the world as well as in Brazil. Subsequently, studies the development of the Labor Law, the OIT Conventions, the importance of the Constitutions, specific laws, the Labor Laws Consolidation and OIT Conventions. Brings the features and requirements for the development of the employment agreement. Discusses about the ilegal labor, exemplifies and exposes its effects, also describes prohibited labor, such as the working minor, the watchman armed as the military police and the government employee that enters the career without the public examination. Last but not the least, concludes for the elaboration of more modern legislations to meet the social reality, as well as the increase of the State control.

Disserta sobre as formas de contrato de trabalho, as discriminações no Contrato de Trabalho. Demonstrando as diferenças salarias de mulheres e crianças em relação aos homens e as primeiras regulamentações sobre o contrato de trabalho no Mundo e no Brasil. Posteriormente, estuda o desenvolvimento do Direito do Trabalho, as Convenções da OIT, a importância das Constituições, Leis Específicas, da Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho e Convenções da OIT. Traz as características e requisitos para a formação do contrato de trabalho. Discorre sobre o Trabalho Ilícito, exemplifica e aborda seus efeitos e descreve o trabalho proibido, exemplifica com o trabalho do Menor, Vigilante Armado como Policial Militar e Servidor Público sem Concurso Público.
