Except in a few historical passages, the woman has always lived in a sexist, bigoted world of male supremacy, with restricted rights and freedom canceled. Been dormant for several decades; subject to acceptance of dependency. Initially, their struggle for equality was sparse, with lonely characters who claimed rights that were not recognized. Today's woman is fully aware of its potential, demonstrating its value as a citizen, breaking barriers, concepts and prejudices and society in general need to be aware that much has changed. The positive result with the provisions of art. 5 - equality for all, means that although in the past women have been discriminated against, she was always able to share with the men, tasks at work in search of equality, and that some biological differences can not serve as a theoretical framework to the stagnation of cultural concepts and impregnation of prejudice in its basest form, which is to tow such biological and emotional to their inability to develop jobs, whatever and evolve with the same differences
