This job talks about the special civil court law, aims to discuss controversial issues involving the responsible law - Law No 9,099 / 95 – Who brings several setbacks in everyday law, because this law has several particularities, common practices to a legal professional, this way, in order to preserve the legal system, despite the excellent wording of the law, should get closer to commom justice, and all of the courts proceed similary, since only in São Paulo we identify civel court that have their specific procedures. Let’s look at some examples: someones do the couting in business days, others do the couting in busy days, others do the acounting of deadline from the contestation. Even starting the acounting after the conciliation, if there is no agreement at court hearing, a new deadline begins, containing fifteen days before from the instruction audience and judgment, either the civil court that determines if the contestation should have been apresented, in other words, in this summary, we can see how insecure it’s the justice at day to day, that’s the reason why special court it´s know as “nobody’s land”. It can´t go on like this, it need’s to be unified, all procedures, in order to the lawyers have no surprise and harm their clients
