Resumo: Carry out the 3D modeling a of fourth generation mulatto dogs through the cross breeding of six races and make it exists within VR, that is the aim of the Mulatto Dog s Project. In order to get to this object, we will used techniques of simulation and Artificial Life that permit the uses of a gene algorism metaphor in order to optimize, from an initial formula, the hybridizing which correlate specific genes to specific phenotypes. The choice of a fourth generation product as a model of reproduction, emphasized an interest thinking it as a construction field and manipulation of the mulatto model such as a scramble blood field and scramble physical and behavioral features, mixing and dissolving specific norms. The creation of Virtual character need the simulation of coherent and suffiently realistic behaviors. These behaviors have to reproduce the way a dog act , being convincing and interesting to satisfy the observer point of view. To achieve these objectives, on one side one need that this character interact with the human being, and on the other side, the character behavior have to evolve in order to simulate training. The Mulatto dog s specific problems increase the dimensions of the hybridists and the relation between generations. At this level on the process, we have conceived and made an application of canine crossing together link with the project site CAOMULATO 2.0, in order to give a visibility to it and which is develop with the development of the Mulatto dog, that is details from the mode in which the computer represents the dog model. The site functions as a working instructions notice. I as an interface of the project attempt to translate the visibility of this dog generating process and I make sure that exist partnerships to its accomplishment. Art as a bet shapes the artist as a conversion tool, a connecting agent or a mediator between systems and languages, from fictive to digital we are interactive apparatus drawing out and accessing virtual and other materiality. The feeling is given in this procedural elaboration of the experimentation depending totally of the operational use of the idea, emphasizing the process as activities of the mutations of the artist. With forward, backward and sedimentationRealizar a modelização 3D de um cachorro mestiço de quarta geração através do cruzamento de seis raças e fazê-lo existir em realidade virtual é o objetivo do Projeto Cão Mulato, na fase atual. Para isso, utilizaremos as técnicas de simulação e de Vida Artificial que permitem gerar a metáfora algorítimica dos genes para otimizar, a partir de uma fórmula, o processo da mulatação associando genes determinados a determinadas características fenotípicas. A eleição de um produto de quarta geração como um modelo de reprodução, enfatiza um interesse de pensar este campo de construção e manipulação do modelo mulato como um "campo de embaralhamento" de sangues e de características físicas e comportamentais, misturando e diluindo normas específicas. A criação de personagens virtuais exige a simulação de comportamentos coerentes e suficientemente realistas. Para serem convincentes e interessantes do ponto de vista do observador , estes comportamentos devem reproduzir os comportamentos dos cães. Para atingir estes objetivos precisamos, por um lado, tornar os personagens capazes de interação com o homem e, por outro lado, que os comportamentos dos personagens evoluam para simular a aprendizagem. A problemática específica do cão mulato acrescenta a dimensão da mestiçagem e da relação entre gerações. Nessa parte do processo, concebemos e realizamos uma aplicação de cruzamentos caninos juntamente com o site do projeto Cãomulato 2.0 na intenção de dar visbilidade àquilo que é desdobrado no desenvolvimento do cão mulato, ou seja, os detalhes relativos ao modo como o computador representa o modelo do cachorro. O site funciona com um mode d emploi do trabalho desenvolvido. Eu , uma interface do projeto tento traduzir a visibilidade desse processo gerativo do cão e viabilizo as parcerias necessárias à sua realização. A Arte como aposta faz do artista um dispositivo de conversão, um agente de ligação ou de passagem intermediando sistemas e linguagens, do ficcional ao digital, somos aparatos de interatividades, prolongando sentidos e acessando virtualidades e outras materialidades. O-sentido-se-dando-nessa-elaboração-processual-da-experimentação-em-total-dependência-da operacionalidade-da-idéia, enfatizando o processo como atividade das mutações do artista.
