Resumo: The aim of this research is to present a study on the use of natural language in a chatbot so that it can communicate more humanely with the user. A situation was created for the analysis of the prototype, during the learning phase of the artificial intelligence, it was presented with humanized response data relating to a printer manufacturing company, and screens were also created to make the interaction between the software and the user more comfortable. Based on the behavior observed, the chatbot's ability to identify the user's intention and its efficiency in solving the problem were listed

Foi criada uma situação, para a análise do protótipo, onde na fase de aprendizado do chatbot foram apresentados à inteligência artificial, dados de respostas humanizadas referentes a uma empresa de fabricação de impressoras, também foram criadas telas para que a interação entre o software e o usuário seja mais confortável.
