This is the final paper of the course on "International Human Trafficking and the violation of the Principle of Human Dignity". The main objective of this work is to analyze the most common forms of trafficking. In order to fulfill this objective, it is of great importance to conduct a study based on these types, analyzing the concepts and modalities in order to have a brief understanding of how the practices of these crimes are developed, study of the main elements that make up the trafficking, in which most of the time are practiced by criminal organizations, trafficking in persons that refer to the generic forms of the crimes in question and human rights, for which the trafficking types are crimes that most violate these rights. The deductive method was used in the research, starting with bibliographic and documental techniques. By analyzing all these elements together, it is essential that there are more measures to combat and prevent this crime, as well as more information about it, establishing greater cooperation between states for the due confrontation, because what was observed is that the flawed legislation leaves much to be desired when it comes to international trafficking in persons, so as to leave the person in that situation even more vulnerable, and hurts in an even more blatant way the human rights and human dignity of each individual, which many times is already extremely precarious and violated
