Resumo: The bid of this work was to present strategics possibles to the formation read student in the higher education, in the licensee. Through by a bibliography research, intend in the chapter first, to concept the is read in broad sense and the levels that it is compost. In the second, to analyse the importance and the understanding by read in childhood, in adolescence and in adult stage. In chapter third, to explore reflexions possibles for part by educations by higher education, to that the theachrs by higher education, in the licensee makes developed through read through by procedure by effectives teaching making so, the formation by reads a virtuous circle

Por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, almejo no primeiro capítulo, conceituar o que é leitura em seu sentido amplo e os níveis que ela é composta. No segundo, analisar a importância e o entendimento da leitura na infância, na adolescência e na fase adulta.
