Resumo: The objective of this study was to analyze the perception of older women about their sexuality through the use of a group of activities. Longitudinal, exploratory, descriptive, interventional and qualitative study. Participated in the study six women with a mean age of 61.3 years.  The general analysis has shown that participants believe it is possible to maintain sexuality in aging and believe that the concept of sexuality goes far beyond the sexual act itself.

Estudio longitudinal, exploratorio, descriptivo, intervencionista y cualitativo. Participaron seis mujeres con una edad media de 61.3 años. El análisis general mostró que los participantes creen que es posible mantener la sexualidad en el envejecimiento, así como creen que el concepto de sexualidad va mucho más allá del acto sexual en sí.O estudo teve como objetivo analisar a percepção de mulheres adultas mais velhas e idosas acerca de sua sexualidade, por meio da utilização de um grupo de atividades. Estudo longitudinal, exploratório, descritivo, intervencional e qualitativo. Participaram seis mulheres com média de idade de 61,3 anos.
