Resumo: | The article presents theoretical-practical information and reflections on the construction of an application for mobile devices, in order to favor the self-management of medicines by the elderly, which would facilitate the elderly's own organization and the monitoring of their families and/or caregivers. The experience pointed out the need to develop more friendly artifacts between the elderly and technology, better understanding the specificities of today's elderly and promoting greater benefits for the elderly of tomorrow.Keywords: Application, Aged; Medication. |

El artículo presenta información teórico-práctica y reflexiones sobre la construcción de una aplicación para dispositivos móviles, a fin de favorecer la autogestión de medicamentos por parte de los ancianos, lo que facilitaría la propia organización de los ancianos y el monitoreo de sus familias y/o cuidadores. La experiencia señaló la necesidad de desarrollar artefactos más amigables entre los ancianos y la tecnología, comprender mejor las especificidades de los ancianos de hoy y promover mayores beneficios para los ancianos del mañana. O artigo apresenta informações teórico-práticas e reflexões sobre a construção de um aplicativo para dispositivos móveis, a fim de favorecer a autogestão de medicamentos por idosos, o que facilitaria a própria organização do idoso e o acompanhamento dos seus familiares e/ou cuidadores.
