Resumo: | Play at 60, have leisure, and play using technology? Those over 60 and using digital and non-digital games have certainly overcome, and still overcome, many prejudices, and are open to countless realities, possibilities and playful learning. This study aims to understand the meanings and the importance of playfulness in, and for, old age, especially playful leisure. For this, the main topics covered and their references are: aging (Beauvoir); leisure (Cabeza), the various types of leisure and in particular valuable leisure, as a complement to active aging that can make it satisfactory; the games (Gallo); the sense of playfulness for the elderly, providing subsidies for the understanding of playfulness and its benefits, from the point of view of the elderly (Matos, 2006). In a participant observation by the author herself, the research has as reference the activities with digital and non-digital games, 2015-2019, 1104 hours, 2 hours a week, to 65 elderly people, attended in three day centers for the elderly in Sao Paulo, SP, in the Bom Retiro, Saúde and Guaianases neighborhoods. Activities with games in day centers, which are stated as opportunities to discover a playful and very valuable leisure for the elderly. |

Los mayores de 60 años que utilizan juegos digitales y no digitales ciertamente han superado, y aún superan, muchos prejuicios y están abiertos a innumerables realidades, posibilidades y aprendizaje lúdico. Este estudio tiene como objetivo comprender los significados y la importancia de la alegría en y para la vejez, especialmente el ocio lúdico. Para ello, los principales temas tratados y sus referencias son: envejecimiento (Beauvoir); el ocio (Cabeza), los diversos tipos de ocio y en particular el ocio valioso, como complemento del envejecimiento activo que lo puede hacer satisfactorio; los juegos (Gallo); el sentido de la alegría para los mayores, proporcionando subsidios para la comprensión de la alegría y sus beneficios, desde el punto de vista de los mayores (Matos, 2006). En una observación participante de la propia autora, la investigación tiene como referencia las actividades con juegos digitales y no digitales, 2015-2019, totalizando 1104 horas, dos horas a la semana, a 65 ancianos, atendidos en 3 centros de día para ancianos en Sao. Paulo, SP, en los barrios Bom Retiro, Saúde y Guaianases. Actividades con juegos en los centros de día, que se plantean como oportunidades para descubrir un ocio lúdico y muy valioso para las personas mayores. Brincar aos 60 anos, ter um ócio, e jogar usando a tecnologia? Quem passa dos 60 anos e utiliza os jogos digitais e não digitais certamente superou, e ainda supera, muitos preconceitos, e abre-se para inúmeras realidades, possibilidades e aprendizagens lúdicas. Objetiva este estudo compreender os significados e a importância do lúdico na, e para a, velhice, especialmente o ócio lúdico. Para tanto, os principais temas abordados e respectivas referências são: envelhecimento (Beauvoir, 1970/1990); ócio e seus diversos tipos, e em especial o ócio valioso (Cabeza), como complemento para o envelhecimento ativo, o que pode torná-lo satisfatório; os jogos (Gallo, 2007); o sentido do lúdico para os idosos provendo subsídios para a compreensão do lúdico e de seus benefícios, sob o ponto de vista dos idosos (Matos, 2006). Numa observação-participante pela própria autora, a pesquisa tem como referência as atividades com jogos digitais e não digitais, de 2015 a 2019, totalizando 1104 horas, duas horas semanais, a 65 idosos, atendidos em três centros-dia para idosos em São Paulo (SP), nos bairros Bom Retiro, Saúde e Guaianases. Atividades com os jogos nos centros-dia, que se afirmam como oportunidades de descoberta de um ócio lúdico e muito valioso às pessoas idosas.
