Elderly people and digital technologies: what bibliography reveals in the case of Brazil 2007-2017

Resumo: This article proposes to identify the scientific production about the ICT scenario in the daily life of the elderly people in Brazil, which fits in the position of digital immigrant, from 2007 to 2017. This is a bibliographical study of the “state of the art”, with a quantitative approach. The results showed that, despite the small number of publications, there has been a growth of research on the subject in Brazil. Este es un estudio bibliográfico del tipo “estado del arte”, con un enfoque cuantitativo. Los resultados mostraron que, a pesar del reducido número de publicaciones, ha habido un aumento de la investigación sobre el tema en Brasil. Este artigo propõe identificar a produção científica acerca do cenário das TIC (Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação) na vida cotidiana da pessoa idosa no Brasil, a qual se enquadra hoje na posição de imigrante digital, relativamente ao período de 2007 a 2017. Trata-se de um estudo bibliográfico do tipo “estado da arte”, com abordagem quantitativa. Os resultados demonstraram que, apesar do reduzido número de publicações até então, tem-se percebido, nesse período, um crescimento da pesquisa no tema no Brasil.
