Resumo: This is a narrative review, which aims to describe and critically and reflexively analyze the right to health of the elderly in times of pandemic of COVID-19. Conclusion: the pandemic caused by COVID-19 highlighted the right to health of the elderly, pointing out the need for comprehensive care, respect and human dignity, however it brought up some challenges that need to be overcome to provide this guarantee in its entirety.

Conclusión: la pandemia provocada por COVID-19 destacó el derecho a la salud de las personas mayores, señalando la necesidad de atención integral, respeto y dignidad humana, sin embargo, trajo algunos desafíos que deben superarse para brindar esta garantía en su totalidad.  Trata-se de uma revisão narrativa, que tem por objetivo descrever e analisar de forma crítica e reflexiva o direito à saúde da pessoa idosa em tempos de pandemia da COVID-19.
