Con un diseño cualitativo, seis nietos y seis abuelos participaron de la investigación, respondiendo a la pregunta: "¿Cuánto tiempo le dedicas al cuidado?" Una conclusión general es que depende del tipo de cuidado: integral, sistemático o esporádico. Nesta pesquisa objetivou-se estudar a relação entre avós e netos, tendo como base a dimensão «tempo» da Teoria Bioecológica do Desenvolvimento Humano. De desenho qualitativo, participaram da pesquisa seis netos e seis avós, respondendo à pergunta: “Qual é o tempo que dedica ao cuidado?”.
