Resumo: The present study aimed to investigate the consequences of social distance imposed by the pandemic of Covid-19 on the social and family relationships of older adults participating in the theater of USP 60+. For this, was used an interview with a semi-structured script. In addition to the older adults, a family member was also interviewed. The main results indicated that the majority of the older adults expressed feelings and emotions that were unfavorable to health and well-being during the interruption of theater activities and social distance.

The main results indicated that the majority of the older adults expressed feelings and emotions that were unfavorable to health and well-being during the interruption of theater activities and social distance. RESUMEN: Este estudio tuvo como objetivo investigar las consecuencias de la distancia social impuesta por la pandemia Covid-19 en las relaciones sociales y familiares de las personas mayores que participan en el teatro USP 60+. Para ello se utilizó una entrevista con guión semiestructurado. Además de los ancianos, también se entrevistó a un familiar. Los principales resultados indicaron que los ancianos expresaron mayoritariamente sentimientos y emociones desfavorables para la salud y el bienestar durante la interrupción de la actividad teatral con distancia social.  O presente estudo objetivou investigar as consequências do distanciamento social imposto pela pandemia da Covid-19 nas relações sociais e familiares de idosos participantes do teatro da USP 60+. Para tanto, utilizou-se uma entrevista com roteiro semiestruturado. Além dos idosos, foi também entrevistado um membro familiar deles.
