Resumo: | Beyond the doctrine, neoliberalism is shown as an ideology of spatial production that has begun to take over the meaning of social demands, such as the right to the city and spatial justice, converting these demands into a "human face" that legitimizes real estate production in the scope of capitalist accumulation. This paper aims to investigate official discourses involved in the generation of this facet, observing their results in social housing policies in Santiago and Valparaíso within the indicated period. Finally, this type of spatial production is questioned, emphasizing neoliberal hegemony and its role in the management of a new neoliberal State in Chile. |

Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo2017-08-06info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.pucsp.br/index.php/metropole/article/view/2236-9996.2017-3907Cadernos Metrópole; Vol. 19 No. 39 (2017): financeirização, mercantilização e urbanismo neoliberal; 513-535Cadernos Metrópole; Vol. 19 Núm. 39 (2017): financeirização, mercantilização e urbanismo neoliberal; 513-535Cadernos Metrópole; Vol. 19 No. 39 (2017): financeirização, mercantilização e urbanismo neoliberal; 513-535Cadernos Metrópole; v. 19 n. 39 (2017): financeirização, mercantilização e urbanismo neoliberal; 513-5352236-99961517-2422reponame:Cadernos Metrópole (Online)instname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPspahttps://revistas.pucsp.br/index.php/metropole/article/view/2236-9996.2017-3907/23346Copyright (c) 2017 Cadernos Metrópole.info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessHidalgo Dattwyler, RodrigoAlvarado Peterson, Voltaire ChristianSantana Rivas, Daniel2017-08-06T03:21:56Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/30179Revistahttps://revistas.pucsp.br/metropolePRIhttps://old.scielo.br/oai/scielo-oai.phpcadernosmetropole@outlook.com||cadernosmetropole@outlook.com2236-99961517-2422opendoar:2017-08-06T03:21:56Cadernos Metrópole (Online) - Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)false |
