Resumo: The article is about radio magazines of 1920s, 1930s, 1940s and 1950s and the spectacularization. The research focus in the effects of this type of production, and we verified that if by one hand the editorial quality improved, by the other hand with the focus on the spectacle since the beginning of the radio, this led to the trivialization of culture, the generalization of frivolity and a scandalization journalism. El foco de la investigación está en los efectos de este tipo de producción, y concluimos que si las revistas han mejorado en calidad editorial, su enfoque en el espectáculo, y esto, ya en el inicio de la radio, llevó a la banalización de la cultura, la generalización de la frivolidad y el periodismo de escandalización. Palabras clave: revistas; radio; espectacularización; memoria.O artigo trata das revistas de rádio das décadas de 1920, 1930, 1940 e 1950 e a espetacularização. A pesquisa aborda os efeitos desse tipo de produção, em que se verificam o aperfeiçoamento editorial das revistas, por um lado, e a ampliação do foco no espetáculo, por outro, o que, já no início do rádio, levou à banalização da cultura, à generalização da frivolidade e a um jornalismo de escandalização.
