Resumo: | This work project aims to provide a concrete marketing plan for the quarantine hotel Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong. Therefore, it is important to gain a fundamental understanding of the company itself, its competitors and customers. Further insights were provided by the conducted survey. Based on the results of these two parts, it turns out Four Points by Sheraton should expand its offered services. Organizing get-together events, an errand service, sport and meditation courses as well as an online marketplace for quarantine guests are recommended service improvements. Furthermore, the visibility should be strengthened via a Facebook advertisement campaign and search engine optimization. |
