Resumo: Este trabalho consiste numa pesquisa bibliográfica, cuja temática central está circunscrita à cultura indígena. Sendo esta cultura muito diversa e com etnias diferentes e com seus hábitos próprios que compartilham os mesmos modos de vida, rituais, organizações sociais, tentamos apresentar a importância dos povos indígenas no combate à diminuição da desflorestação.  O trabalho busca fazer uma análise holística dos trabalhos apresentados e disponíveis online de 2010 a 2020.
