A sample of 1.004 graduates from two of the major public universities from Portugal (Universidade de Lisboa and Universidade Nova de Lisboa) was selected and administered 154- items of the work situation and the subjective relation with work (work centrality and work values) and the evaluation of work situation (work satisfaction) questionnaire. The collected data from the respondents were subjected to statistical analysis (univariate and bi-variate) and association and correlation tests.
