Resumo: The proposed theme in this dissertation is related to the knowledge shared on online social platforms, such as Instagram, Youtube, Facebook (Meta) and Twitter, by UNESCO Chair in The Ocean's Cultural Heritage. Through qualitative and quantitative techniques, the chosen research model is supported mainly by Digital Methods, such as the use of software for the data collection on these platforms. In order to respond to the main objective, which is to characterise such use of online social platforms by this UNESCO Chair, the research intends to understand and contribute to how knowledge management can assist the cultural heritage in these digital environments.
